Our online meetings are open to all; they start at 7 p.m. and generally last 1.5 hours. The format is 30 minutes of silent mindfulness meditation followed by a recorded talk given by an insight meditation teacher (for example, Gil Fronsdal, Sharon Salzberg, Jack Kornfield, Ajahn Sumedho) and an informal discussion.
